Manager, People and operations
Marissa Dyck is the Manager of People and Operations, based in the Vancouver office. She is responsible for managing human resources, IT, and Consultant onboarding. She strives to proactively keep the company running smoothly so that the team can focus on supporting clients. Marissa appreciates that The Humphrey Group’s first priority is helping our clients to better communicate and she is excited to work for a company that is growing and always facing new challenges. Marissa’s passion for developing people is what led her to The Humphrey Group. She began her career in student development at UBC before joining the company as a Communications Coordinator. She has a BSc in Biology from the University of British Columbia.
